When i right click on an internet explorer screen, there is unwanted content in the pop up box. How do i remove it?

Well, now we are getting somewhere. That is not r-clicking on the "Start
Button" as you said in the OP. Now, what are you trying to do?

Frankie, we don't seem to be getting anywhere here. When you r-click either
the Start button or within an Internet Explorer window, you get system
specific options. What would you like to remove?
