error message at boot-up

I get an error message at boot up saying that another
program is using this file (c:\windows\dllreg.exe)...i
click ok and then it says that it couldn't load that
program and to please remove it from the registry or any
referrence to...i'm confused...any thoughts?

Your system might be affected by W32/Dumaru@MM virus.

First, disable dllreg.exe from startup.
Click start, run, msconfig, startup tab and choose disable all.
Restart Windows Use your antivirus scanner to remove the virus
