Click Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disk Defragmenter.
Choose the drive and click "Defragment"

The Disc Defragmenter can be found in the Control Panel >
Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Storage. It is not very
difficult to use but if you have additional questions you may come
back.
