Taskbar under Windows XP

Has anyone encountered this problem?.

My taskbar has moved to the top of the screen.
No accidental clicking etc. It just moved on boot-up.
The taskbar is not "locked" but refuses to be moved.
Any ideas?.

Did you do a full system scan for spyware (using anti-spyware software) and
also do a full scan for viruses?
