I AM UNABLE TO OPEN MY OUTLOOK EXPRESS .WE STARTED MY
COMPUTER BACK TO THE BEGINNING AND NOW IT WANT LET ME
START MY EMAIL PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Hi Teresa,
Locate the msoe50.inf file under C:\Windows\Inf, right-click it and choose
"install". This will reinstall OE and should resolve your problem of opening
it. If you reset your system back to the beginning, you may have lost your
mail account settings depending upon the type of restoration you did.
