Since my computer crashed i have installed MICROSOFT WORD
but it keeps asking me for a 25 character CD key found on
the CD jewal case.I have not got the jewal case HELP

If you have the CD, look at the numbers on the label wrapped around the
center hole. I think they are one and the same thing. May be wrong but
can't see any harm in entering those numbers when it asks again.

If Word was originally shipped with this computer, you may find the needed
number on a separate certificate. Also check the manual for Word. Sometimes
the certificate or CD Key will be attached to the cover.
