i recieved the following error when i was installing
windows XP professional on my PC

Error:
SXS.DLL: Syntax error in manifest or policy file "I:\I386
\asms\6000\MSFT\VCRTL\VCRTL.MAN" on line 11.

Installation Failed: I:\I386\asms. Error Message : A
component's file does not match the verification
information present in the
component manifest.

what should do now..........i have checked everything my
Windows CD etc..i have tried different Winxp Cds......and
my brother also have installed winxp from this CD on
another PC....

Please help me how can i install winXP on my PC.
