Rick;
Log in to your Administrator account.
Go to User accounts in Control Panel.
Select a user and click "Change account type".
Repeat as desired.
Then exit to login screen, hit Ctrl/Alt/Del twice quickly.
Log in as Administrator.
Go to User Accounts in Control Panel and password Administrator.

You can change the account type to Limited user using Control Panel > User
Accounts applet. You can also disable specific user accounts using
lusrmgr.msc (click start | run).
