I am upgrading a Dell Inpsiron 7500 laptop from NT 4.0, IE
6.0, to XP Pro. During the installation, the following
error message is logged "Setup could not register the OLE
Control C:\WINNT\System32\initpki.dll because
DLLRegisterServer returned error 2147942667 (8007010B)."
Then a message is logged indicating the signature for XP
Pro Upgrade is invalid and the installation stops. The
system continues to boot to this point and stop and there
is no way to recover or break the loop. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
