I am trying to access a web site that requires pop up messaging. The problem is that I can not access the page because it is saying that some program or setting on my computer is keeping them from poping up. I have never installed a pop up blocker and I'
ve called Dell and my internet provider Comcast and no one can seem to help me find out what the problem is. I have checked my internet connection settings and I've tried everything from lowering my security and nothing seems to work. I even took off my
Mcaffee security to see if that was the problem. Can someone help.

Hi Maggie,

Do you have JAVA installed? If not, that may be the problem. If you have
SP1a, it does not have JAVA support. You can download it from the following
link. Install it and then run MS updates.
