In OE, go to Tools-Accounts-Add-New-News.
use the News Server "msnews.microsoft.com" (without the quotes). The rest of
the boxes are plain sailing. OK all the way out, and Hey Presto! You are
using OE for your newsreader which is INFINITELY better than web access.

He was using a CDO interface. I think he wants to do it via Outlook or OE.
Another user instructed him how, so I'm not going to bother to waste
bandwidth by posting it again.
