When I check the Event viewer (Right clicking 'My
Computer'->Manage->Event viewer->Applications) I see an
error message constantly appearing:
"Catalog Database (804) Database recovery/restore failed
with unexpected error -1018.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp."
The source is "ESENT", when clicking on the URL it asks
me to send the following information:
"Category Logging/Recovery
Company Name Microsoft Corporation
Date 25/08/2003
Event ID 454
File Name ESENT.dll
File Version 5.1.2600.0
Product Name Microsoft Windows Operating...
Product Version 5.1.2600.0
Source ESENT
Time (time of the error)
Type Error"
What could all this be?
Until yesterday, I used Eudora as my e-mail client, and
it kept stopping to respond.
According to the Eudora website there seemed to be an
issue with a .dll (I think it was esent, not 100% sure),
and they offered a download of a suitable version.
I have now uninstalled Eudora, but the error remains.
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks,
Frankie.
