Printer Setting

how do you set the Printers Letter size 81/2 X 11 settings for the top and bottom and the right and left because everytime I go to print at time it cuts off some of my words that I try to print and I think it is because the Margin settings are not set righ
t they have the same thing set for the top and bottom and right and left all of them have gotten set for 0.75 and I don't under stand how 0.75 is what they have got set for all the way around. and I need to know how to fix the settings so when I am printin
g it will not cut off my words.

What application are you using to create the document? You should be able
to use File, Page Setup within that application to set the correct page
size.
