XP pgm defaults...

How do I change the default program to view pic files. I
have Adobe Photoshop and it automatically launches if I
click any kind of pic file. I would rather use a simpler
software package that is quicker to launch

You can change file associations in "Windows Explorer" Tools | Folder
Options | File Types| scroll down the list and choose the file extension(s)
you want to change for what program to open it... >"opens with [Change] then
find the executable program (exe) to open a .BMP , .JPEG (JPG) or .GIF , or
..TIFF etc.
