i have downloaded a picture from internet and save as
background.on the skrin,the picture does not clear..blur!!
how if i change screen resolution to the left or right??
any effect to the screen or file??...how to do with my
dekstop or background so the picture can be a "good
pict"??

It sounds like you're following the right procedure to use a web picture as
your background wallpaper,
but you have to remember some web graphics are quite low-resolution, and
when blown up to desktop size basically don't have enough pixels to look
good.
Unless you want to have a heavy session of applying resizes and filters in
your fave graphic program
to probably no great effect, it might be better to choose a more suitably
sized graphic.
