Common Items Not Shown

I recently did a clean reinstall of XP and now I would like to show
the common tasks items on the left of my folder/windows when opened.
I cannot use the Tools/FoldrOptions to correct this s it is ghosted
out and will not let me select. Is there something I need to "click"
or uncheck before this option is available again? Thanks!

Hi,

Try it via Windows Explorer, not My Computer or Control Panel. If it is
still greyed out, run the edit on line 129:
