Favorites as an HTML page

I once had an .html file created that listed all my favorites.
Once opened you could easily search and simply click on
the links to go online.
Need one for my older sister to help her search through my
mass of favorites more easily. (And for myself) HI!

Also in XP, how do I turn off the Run CD on insertion default.

File menu - Import & Export and expoprt your favourites.

Type gpedit.msc in Start - Run if you have Pro.
