Hi,
"Ordinal 258 could not be located in the dynamic link library SHELL32.DLL"
You get this error message when you uninstall "hotfixes" in windows XP.
Perform a repair installation:

If you're quite sure about the "Winlog*in*" and that it isn't
"Winlog*on*", you have a virus. Scan with a current (post-2002 version
using updated definitions) antivirus.
