Over the last couple of days, whenever I access Outlook
Express to retrieve or send email I get the following
message:

"Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.
Possible causes for this include server problems, network
problems, or a long period of inactivity.
Account: 'pop.freeserve.com',
Server: 'pop.freeserve.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F"

Any help anyone?

If you have a connection and can access the internet....then the problem may
very well be with your ISP's mail server. Contact your ISP.
