When I first turn the computer on it will boot, then
crash, boot again, crash and boot again. It generally
boots three times before it stablizes. I hope someone may
be able to help. Thanks.

It sounds like you have a service disabled that is a dependency of another
service. I'll explain:
Some services have a service that they depend on. It the service that it
depends on is disabled then these reboots may happen.
See, there are options for each service to set it to reboot when it fails,
you can set it something link this:
1st failure: reboot
2nd Failure: reboot
3rd and subsequent failures: do nothing
That is probably why it is starting on your third boot.
So look in your system event viewer and find out which service is constantly
failing, and check it's dependencies, look and see if any of it's
dependencies are disabled. If they are enable them. If not try disabling
the culprit service.
