We have Win2K servers & Win2K & NT clients. A few of our
HP printers use ExtendNet IP boxes. After bringing on-
line a few XP clients, HP printers with ExtendNet IP boxes
are getting numerous Remote Downlevel Document entries in
them from owners/users of XP clients. These are 0K
documents. Our HP printers with JetDirect IP cards/boxes
seem to flush them documents on through their queues, but
the HP ExtendNet queues can't do anything with them. We
have to delete the documents and reset the
printer/box/card. Any ideas how to stop this problem?
