when I shut down windows xp it freezes at the 'windows is
shutting down' screen. I have service pack 1 installed
and don't know what to try

if you use "fast-shutdowning" what was created by for
example the XP-antiSpy program then you shouldn't
use it.

if you use "fast-shutdowning" what was created by for
example the XP-antiSpy program then you shouldn't
use it.
