I am using a Hp pavilion ze5570us notebook, and the help and support center pops up out of nowhere when i use internet explorer and virtually any other program on the computer. The help screen appears randomly and very frequently and freezes my mouse for
about 5 seconds each time. I need a way to diable this Help and Support Center screen from popping up. I was told to download adaware by a HP support specialist, but there has to be a different way. Please help!
