changing cursur speed

Can someone help me navigate to where I need to be inside
Windows xp so that I can speed up the cursur speed on my
computer. Thank you advance for any assistance you can
give me.

How would changing the Cursor blink speed make it move more quickly across
the screen?

The OP can find what s/he wants at Start/Control Panel/Printers and Other
Hardware/Mouse/Pointer Options/Select a pointer speed.
