Does anyone know how to find out if you have a firewall
enabled and if so how to remove the firewall?

Hi,
Chekcthe properties of your network connection, the firewall settings are on
the advanced tab.

To enable/disable the built-in firewall, Start > Network
Connections > Right-click the connection > Properties > Advanced >
Protect my computer.....
