looking in the event viewer, but haven't found the error. I even ran sfc

I got my help and support back, but the bootex problem is still there, I can
get to Application Event Viewer to see the chkdsk results, but I wonder why
the log/text file (bootexecute) has vanished all of a sudden, and I was
worried it might lead to other problems. Well, there must be a way to get it
back, especially when it is being reported in Application Event Viewer.
