Making Programs Loaded by an Admin Acct usable by other users on same computer

Need some help on this one and I am sure it is a simple
answer but here goes How do I, as and admin acct in home
edition load a program that I want to be accessible to all
users on the one computer. thanks

Tom,

Drag the shortcut to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users folder
Secondly, it depends upon the applications. Some require admin privileges to
run and some don't.
