I have configured my Windows XP to reflect several users
(hosehold members). At the present time, the
administrator account retains a message indicating 3 new
emails at a specific email account. However, the messages
are not there. How can I remove the message? (It appears
everytime the computer starts up or you go to switch
users).

Thanks in advance for any help.

Install TweakUI for XP. The mail count is one of the items included in the
"Repair" portion of the program.
