ACDSee - can't find Temporary Internet Files

Using ACDSee I can't follow the "path" that Windows gives
for my temporary internet files. It states "C:\Documents
and Settings\Glen Jensen\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files... I can find Documents and Settings as well as Glen
Jensen but then no Local Settings or Temporary Internet
Files. Kinda discouraging especially when this is the
path that Windows XP is showing!!!
Any help would be appreciated!
