Repeated Office 2000 Reinstall

I had to upgrade to winxp from winme due to OS corruption when install a
network with firewall interference. Winxp chose to install itself on Drive
D instead of Drive C. Then I had to reinstall many applications, including
Windows Office 2000 Professional. Now, every time I launch an Office
application, I get a screen with a progress bar that says it is
installing/configuring Office 2000. Only takes about 5 seconds, but it is
aggravating.

Any easy solutions? Am I in the correct forum?
