i just got my new system windows xp pro
the help and support button does not work or the search
feature in the windows explore does not even show up it is
blank
the help and support when i click on it mouse changes to
hour glass for a few seconds and nonthing happens

please send any help to my email address since nether of my
browsers will expand the newsgroups when there is a + it
does not open them
thats why if the answer has been posted by someone else i
can not get to it. i`m trying to figure it out now
