My notebook doesn't hibernate anymore. Standby he works perfectly, but when
I try to hibernate it, the screen goes black and nothing happen, I need to
turn it off.
The problem occurred, when I made a update from Microsoft number 811493. The
file name that I downloaded was Q811493_WXP_SP2_x86_ENU.exe
I downloaded this update because I have a problem in my Windows Explorer
that when I click in any folder or file in my computer using the right mouse
button to see the file or folder properties, this command (to open the right
mouse click on a file/folder) takes about 20 seconds.
Someone know how can I uninstall this update or to solve the problem of the
Hibernation? (The problem of hibernation happened before I installed this
update from Microsoft website)

Thanks!

Please, ignore this message! I solve the problem with thw Windows XP System
Restore tool.

Than, for my security, I decided to create a restore point before each
Windows update or software installation.
