Everytime I open Outlook Express I get a message "cannot
delete NTUSER.DAT. Another program may be using it....."
It's a new install of XP HE and I can't seem to find
anything else using it. Any suggestions?

ntuser.dat is a user account registry hive, yours or some other account.
Outlook Express doesn't normally try to delete ntuser.dat. Did you move
your OE message store to the top of your user profile folder? Check in
OE and see what is the message store folder.
OE usually gives an error code. Did you write that down?
There are newsgroups devoted to Outlook Express. Have you tried posting
in those groups?
