My mail keep coming in as an attachments instead of just displaying it on
the message body. No attachments were sent but it appears as one. The file
attachments name is something like this attooo3.htm(403bytes) and if i were
to click the same mail again the file name changes to eg. attoo14.htm....
And when similies is added on the message body it also appears as an
attachment but using Nestcape icon. I have Nestcape and IE 6 installed but
IE
is my default browser.
I am using Outlook Express 6. Any ideas?

Just a guess, your ISP is scanning your email (for virus or
government?) and then sending it along to the original
destination (you) as an attachment. Or maybe the original
is being redirected to the FBI/CIA and you're getting the
copy.

It seems to be from the mail server, not a problem with the
browser/email application.
