I got this error this morning (don't have a clue) what's
going on, all I know is that when I turn my PC on my
Norton AntiVirus would not become enable. To make a long
story short Dell replaced my hard drive, so I have been
reinstalling some to the software namely
(CyberLink\PowerDVD. I also received this error message
as well COM+ Event System detected a bad return code
during its internal processing. I have removed Cyberlink
PowerDVD. Help please
