Hi. I am needing some help in trouble shooting a problem
that no one has been able to shed light on. I don't know
what newsgroup to pick so I hope this one is ok. Over
the past month, I have suddenly noticed that alot of
webpages I try to visit, including my own home page have
a red small "X" in the spot where I believe a picture,
caption, heading, ect should be. I have no idea why this
has suddenly happened as prior to July, I had no problem
viewing anything. I wonder if I have a plug in problem
or something. I noticed that this only happens on some
pages as on others, the graphics are fine. Why would
this have suddenly occurred and how can I correct it?
This is not inpart to video or anything, just your basic
data from web page to webpage. Thank you.

Michelle,
As a first thing, try deleting the temp files Internet Explorer.
Right click the Internet Explorer desktop icon then click 'properties' on
the menu
(or open IE, click 'tools' then 'internet options')
Then on the 'general' tab, click the 'delete files' button, then 'ok'.
If most pages then display correctly, most other causes will be website
related, and outside your control.
(Though if you have the time/energy an email to advise the webmaster can
sometimes be helpful).
Hope this helps,
Chek
