Hi, I have to say I really like the functionality of Windows XP, BUT
sometimes I just go crazy trying to set up stuff like it was on my Windows
98 machine. One item that has really confused me is how to set the "save
attachments" to save graphics from the newsgroups. I pick my graphics to
download and then "combine and decode...". When it comes to saving them to
my hard drive, I go to FILE and then down to SAVE ATTACHMENTS which shows a
window and has the save to C: directory listed. I go to browse and then to
my pixdump directory. My question is - in Window 98 it would stay in that
directory (pixdump) when I came back to save more graphics... but on mine it
is back to C: I never seem to have this problem on the Win98 machine -
Grrrrr

Thanks,
Dan
