IE user account

I have setup another user account for daughter, so she
cannot mess with my personal files. when she check her
email at yahoo.com, she cant even open the mail icon, the
windows logo under the exit icon does not even move or
waving. I have no problem with my user account. Is there
anybody tha can explain why and how to correct it?
