Hi
Recently working on a clients computer, I installed Norton Anti Virus 2004
onto his Win 2000 machine. According to him, his Messenger 6.1 worked
perfectly with audio and video before the installation. Now, however, only
video works, and no audio will work. I then tried communicating with him
from my own Win XP machine, which simply came back with an error message
saying:
"Either your audio or your video capabilities are not compatible with those
of the person you are trying to contact."
From what I have been seeing on this newsgroup, it seems that others share
this problem. Does anyone know how to get around this issue and if I will
ever be able to get his video and audio to work again? The strange thing is
that according to him, his machine was working fine with audio and video
before the Norton AntiVirus installation!
