Pic not showing for the Start Menu title bar,

Hi all,

Thru the user account in my control panel I"m able to put my name on the title bar in the Start menu. What is not working is the pic I choose is NOT going to the start menu title bar. It is however showing in the user account section. Any one know what is
going on?

You need to enable the Welcome Screen for that. Otherwise, the picture =
will nt be displayed in the Start Menu.
