I need to make graphics of my window aplication screens.
When I used the print screen feature in windows 2000 I
just pressed the print screen button on the keyboard and
the screen capture was pasted on the clipboard and I could
paste it in any application as a bitmap or clip art. I've
tried Print Screen, Ctrl+Print Screen, Alt+Print Screen,
and Ctrl+Alt+Print Screen, but nothing is copyed to the
clipboard. Please Help.
Thank You,
Gayle

Another flexible alternative is 'Snag-It'
http://www.techsmith.com/defaultflash.asp
Excellent for capturing parts of the screen also, plus many other
variations. Can save image any of 7 format options.

Or this one. Its free, and it lets you save your screen in different formats
and resolutions to whatever folder you specify. Also not unlimited number of
captures. Just keep pushing the key.
