No graphics showing up in MSN groups

I just bought a new laptop with Windows XP Home Edition
installed. The graphics in the MSN Groups message boards
are not showing up. We make and post siggies and I can't
see them anymore. I looked for a fix and found one but my
pc will not let me install it manually or otherwise
because it says I can't install it because I have service
packs installed already.
Can someone please help me?

See if this helps/applies:

To verify your version, go to Start/Run and type in: wjview

MS JVM Version 3809
http://tinyurl.com/fwvu

MS JVM Version 3810
http://tinyurl.com/fwty

Once 3809 is installed you can get the Update 3810 - 816093 or use the link
above: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=816093

If this is not the issue:
Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 msjava.dll
