I have created to new "standard users" using "User
Accounts" and when this new user attempts to logon to my
pc the get the following error:

"Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be
loaded. Check that you are connected to the network, or
that your network is functioning correctly. If this
problem persists, contact your network administrator. "

I've looked in the Documents and Settings Directory and
the user name doesn't exist.

What am I doing wrong? I have created several other users
and didn't have a problem....

Does 'Default User' still exists. This is required for creating new
user profiles. I suggest deleting the problematic a/c and create
another.
