You mean this;
Recently bought new system and have put different users on computer.
Configured Outlook Express and was working fine. After couple weeks =
tried
configuring Outlook Express so other users could use same settings and =
store
folder location. I changed store folder location so exactly like one =
used
when I run Outlook. Now, all messages and sub-folders of In-Box are =
gone.
Have tried and tried to find and change back to original setting, but
nowhere to be found. I did System Wizard Restore, but did not help.

? It was in another thread.
Any info with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanx

I would reccommend going to www.tomsterdam.com to see if he has any =
information on your questions.

System restore doesn't monitor those files by the way. See; Monitored =
File Extensions =
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=3D/library/enus/sr/sr/a=
bout_system_restore.asp for more information.

I e-mailed you and it has not bounced, so it seems to be finding your
address.

Hi, Jordan & Christine.

Are you connecting directly to the Microsoft news server? Many news servers
simply "slurp" messages from the host server and relay them - and any
replies - back and forth. This can cause delays, out-of-sequence posts, or
even missing posts.

If you are not already using the MS server, click here:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics

That should bring you right back here (to m.p.w.basics) but connected
directly. Your messages should appear promptly. If they don't, post back
with more information about your connection and your OE settings.
