How do I start my XP Home in Safe Mode? The help files say .."Click Start,
click Shutdown" and then in the drop down list, click Shutdown.......etc
etc"
When I click Start, I am given the choice of "Log off" or "Turn Off
Computer" and from Turn Off get the choice of Standby, Turn Off or Restart!
I don't see any
"drop-down list".
Any help appreciated. (btw...I am the user and the administrator.)
TIA

Reboot the computer. Press F8 repeatedly as the BIOS screen is about to
disappear.
