problems with downloading

I am trying to download quicken 2004 basic and I keep
running to an error.. This is what it reads. 1607:
unable to install installshield scripting runtime. Can
someone please help with this situation.

Chris,

Click start, select Run, and type

" <WINDOWSFOLDER>\System32\msiexec.exe /REGSERVER " without the quotes.

If your windows directory is c:\windows, the command would be

"C:\WINDOWS\System32\msiexec.exe /REGSERVER"

Or.. if your windows folder is C:\WINXP, the command would be

"C:\WINXP\System32\msiexec.exe /REGSERVER"

(without the quotes)

Then, try the installation again, after restarting the system. This should
solve the problem.
