Either pc world or me (which I dont think so) has lost my=20
recovery disc when my microstar 2660 was restored to=20
factory settings by them. Ican not set my fax without it=20
because service pack 1 is not enough now they want =A320 for=20
a new recovery cd from me can anyone help me out dont know=20
what to do next

Mary,
The only people who can supply you a recovery CD for your machine is the OEM
(microstar ??)
As regards the charge - the OEM is allowed to charge for replacement parts
that are lost and not just defective etc. If you can prove it is PC World
at fault then maybe you can get them to reimburse you.

buy a new one pc world not going to bother
