Need to read/write:korean&portuguese, how?!

HI! I have the Microsoft WIndows XP home edition, and I
would like to know how it is possible to install the
Global IMES?!?! so i can read and write in korean and
portuguese. THank you

You need to install the Chinese language pack
1. Start, Settings, Control Panel
2. Regional & Language Options
3. Click on Languages
4. Enable option for East Asian languages, click OK. Insert XP Cd
when asked for.
