Switching Users in XP

When I select "Log Off' then "Switch Users" XP will not
go to the user selected. If I select "Log Off" I can
then choose a different user. Any suggestions?

Hi Ken,

Try resetting the values:

Go to Start/Run and type in: services.msc
Scroll down to Terminal Services and make sure it is Started.
