Every time I boot up my taskbar is showing in just a narrow band at the
bottom of the screen. I can increase it to normal size by dragging it up and
it stays there and behaves normally but the next time I start the computer,
it has reverted.
I am using XP Home and have not changed any settings which could account for
this. I can't work out how to stop it doing this.
Any ideas?
TIA

And when you drag it up, do you lock it?

No, I don't lock it -- is that the problem? I'll give it a try and see what
happens. Thanks.
